[Trans] Confidence isn't gained by suddenly clenching your teeth one day and saying you're determined (to become more confident). It comes naturally when you fill your inner self with skills. For sure, your sense of confidence will become stronger as your inner self becomes more skilled, but your sense of tenderness and humility will develop as well.
