[News] JYJ, Song Ji Hyo, Lee Jung Jae and More C-JeS Artists Join in Funding Project for Park Tae Hwan

The many artists of C-JeS, as well as its staff, pitched in to show their support for Korea′s ′Marine Boy′, swimmer Park Tae Hwan.

JYJ, Lee Jung Jae, Song Ji Hyo, Park Sung Woong, Park Yoo Hwan and other C-JeS stars donated 50 million won to the ′Please be Marine Boy Park Tae Hwan′s Sponsor!′ project.

The project is a social funding project that has been taking place at the cloud funding site Ucanfunding. It aims to collect funds and help Park Tae Hwan concentrate on swimming without having to care for any financial difficulties that may come his way. Before C-JeS′ donation, the project had gathered 13 million won up to June 14.

C-JeS artists, as well as their agency head Baek Chang Joo, had been deeply moved by the aims of the project and joined in to lend a helping hand.

A rep from C-JeS said, "Our agency head and our celebrities are all interested a lot in donating. JYJ is also friends with Park Tae Hwan. We decided to join in the fund as an entertainment agency, which aims to help to polish the value of other people. We hope more people will show their interest in this funding project."

Park Tae Hwan had said about the project, "I want to meet everyone [who joined] and thank them in person. I have been very moved, and this helps me a lot."

The funds will be delivered to Park Tae Hwan along with a booklet containing messages of support as well as the names of those who joined.

The project will receive donations until June 16.
